VEXTRACE services are intended for lawful, authorized and proportionate security, intelligence and investigative objectives.

Prohibited use

Services must not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, unauthorized access, stalking, suppression of rights or harm to individuals.

Authorization

Clients must have authority over the systems, assets, data or investigative purpose included in scope.

Escalation

VEXTRACE may decline, suspend or narrow work when authorization, proportionality or legal basis is unclear.
